This is the biggest apartment of Casanova. It is on the first floor of the main building. It is about 100 m2 and it can receive 5 or 6 people. At the top of the staircase you can see a wide living room with a large ancient perfectly working fireplace and TV 32". The kitchen is on the right. It is very big too with a table. The three bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the left of the living room.

Note:
The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and final cleaning. The price also includes linen and towels. The pool is open and effective on June 1 to September 30. The owner has access to the garden and pool. The pool towels are not provided. Upon arrival, you must supply a valid ID for each component of the apartment for reporting on the guest and inform the relevant authorities within 24 hours of arrival. Checks are not accepted but are accepted credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD. On arrival, guests will find the apartment clean and tidy, and so must be returned. Although final cleaning is included in the price that does not mean to leave a mess and the kitchen including dirty dishes. If so, will be charged an additional cleaning charge.
