The apartment is surrounded by a lawn, and on one side you can use a big private balcony protected with an electronically controlled tent. It is well appointed for eating outside, using your private barbecue. When you enter you can find a sitting room with fireplace and television sat. On the right a completely furnished kitchen. A door separates the sleeping area, where you can find the double bed-room on the left and a room with two beds and the bathroom with shower on the right.

Note:
The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and final cleaning. The price also includes linen and towels. The pool is open and effective on June 1 to September 30. The owner has access to the garden and pool. The pool towels are not provided. Upon arrival, you must supply a valid ID for each component of the apartment for reporting on the guest and inform the relevant authorities within 24 hours of arrival. Checks are not accepted but are accepted credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD. On arrival, guests will find the apartment clean and tidy, and so must be returned. Although final cleaning is included in the price that does not mean to leave a mess and the kitchen including dirty dishes. If so, will be charged an additional cleaning charge.
